Considered by many as the greatest linebacker of all-time, Lawrence Taylor and the New York Giants defeated the Denver Broncos 39-20 in Super Bowl XXI, for the team’s first of four Super Bowl victories. Taylor signed this game used Wilson football in black marker inscribed to an unknown individual but signed “Lawrence Taylor”. The football consists of the Super Bowl XXI logo with “Pete Rozelle Commissioner” stamp on one side and the engraved inscription “National Football League New York Giants vs. Denver Broncos Pasadena, CA . January 25, 1987” on the other side of the laces. PSA/DNA sticker (#U77397). This game used ball shows evidence of light to moderate game use, with wear along both points. Both panels along the laces show evidence of fading, but the ball still displays very well.Comes with LOA from Joe Goldberg who was personally given the ball from his friend Lawrence Taylor.
