Todd Lyght was a Pro Bowl defensive back for the St. Louis Rams who helped the team win Super Bowl XXXIV, 23-16, over the Titans in 1999 in one of the best finishes in the game’s history. It was the best season of Lyght’s career, as he finished with six interceptions and 2.5 sacks to earn First Team All-Conference and Second Team All-NFL in 1999.
This blue 1999 St. Louis Rams game used home jersey features Lyght’s number “41” pressed in yellow on the front, back and shoulders of the jersey. ”Lyght” appears pressed on the back of the jersey in white on a blue name plate. The front tail of the jersey features a black, stitched “PUMA” manufacturer’s tag with two affixed white tags that read “46” and “6”L.B.” for the jersey’s size and size modifications. “PUMA” logos are stitched in white on the shoulders of the jersey and an official NFL logo patched is stitched on the neck. The inside collar of the jersey features a white strip tag that reads “99-46” indicating the jersey’s year and size. The jersey exhibits evidence of light game use and appears to be all original. The jersey comes with an LOA from Dave Miedema, noted sports jersey expert.
