A two-time NBA Champion, Hall-of-Fame point guard Isaiah Thomas directed the Detroit Pistons to a steady run of success in the late 1980s and early 1990s with his slick passing skills and crafty defensive play.
This signed white Detroit Pistons home jersey comes from Isaiah Thomas’ last year in the NBA, when he still managed to post a respectable 14.8 points per game while averaging seven assists. Thomas’ signature appears in black ink on the front of the jersey next to his number “11.” The jersey sees “PISTONS” across the chest and Thomas’ number “11” on both sides screened in red with blue bordering. “THOMAS” is screened across the back in blue. The front tail of the jersey features a “Champion” manufacturer’s tag with size “42.” A stitched Champion tag to the left of the manufacturer’s tag reads “1993-1994” and “BODY LENGTH +2,” indicating size modifications. The jersey comes with a letter from a Mr. Marcus Haight, who writes that former Pistons owner William Davidson gave him the jersey while he worked as a chef at Lark Restaurant in West Bloomfield, Michigan. The signature on the jersey is PSA certified. The jersey exhibits evidence of light game use and appears to be all original. The jersey comes with an LOA from Dave Miedema, noted sports jersey expert.
